Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 20 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase. Please note that ammunition cannot be returned due to safety concerns.

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team . We will provide you with an exchange authorization number and instructions on how to exchange the item. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is not in its original condition or packaging, or if it has been used or damaged by the customer.
